Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this research, we examined the educational effect of the stratum IPE program for over three years for 2nd to 4th grade health care students. As a result of longitudinal studies using the Interdisciplinary Education Perception Scale (IEPS) and Readiness for Inter-Professional Learning Scale (RIPLS), both IEPS and RIPLS changed in similar ways during the IPE programs and became significantly higher as the program progressed. The findings of this study indicate that the IPE program has generalizability of educational effect and that students construct their professional identities and attitudes toward IPE according to the progress of the program.
