Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In the process of clinical supervision (SV), what kind of experience novice and intermediate level therapists have? In this study, we examined 16 therapists and later 7 novice therapists, of their experience as supervisee. We found that supervisee accept SV as 'super-ego' or ‘can not fully utilize the SV’ in the first step. Though in second step, they feel SV as ‘being saved’ experience. From 7novice therapists, we found their SV experience as ‘Cheer up’ SV, but sometimes ‘fully occupied with SV’.
