Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study clarified the change in the financial structure of higher education of China in the market of higher education, and analyzed the difference between Japan and the United States. It also suggested to the Japan of Chinese experience and lessons that have been made a daring attempt. In addition, it is important to connect the university's financial expenditure and resource allocation with education outcomes, and we suggest that the enhancement of IR functions is necessary to achieve this.
