Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This three-year project has resulted in the development of an online cultural learning resource for visitors to Japan. It introduces aspects of Japanese culture through synopses of popular Japanese children's books favored by Fukuoka City elementary school teachers for their didactic quality and benefit. The site draws special attention to core Japanese values that give purpose, meaning, and order to Japanese lives.
