This study clarified the characteristics of individuals with Down syndrome through actual condition survey, and verified effectiveness of support program developed based on the characteristics of them through cooperation with a welfare service office for disabilities. As the results, adults with Down syndrome with regression had a decline in physical and mental functions such as attention function, higher cognitive functions. And, when we provided them a support program by regression type for a certain period of time those of them, it was clarified that certain changes and improvements are seen in them. In the future, we will develop and apply regression assessment of individuals with Down syndrome, and develop support system based on the characteristics of them more versatility.
