Outline of Final Research Achievements |
For the purpose of constructing a proactive carrier delivery model suitable for Japanese universities, we examined the following points. First, on criteria for segmenting students who need to be potentially assisted by self-assessment type. Next, I examined the current career education program as a case for the purpose of application to practice. Whether the set segment criteria can potentially identify students who need assistance and whether they can provide the appropriate career services to them. In addition, we have grasped the current situation and extracted issues to be studied for the education and support system necessary for transforming career education / support from reactive type to proactive type.
