Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Titanium dioxide photocatalyst is a promising material for oil-water separation filter. This study was conducted for clarifying the origin of its underwater oleophobicity. It was revealed that underwater oleophobicity of titanium dioxide surface can be reversibly changed by ultrasonic irradiation and ultraviolet irradiation.
