Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study is clarified the following three point though the survey in Fukui city and adjacent local government. (1)The surrounding area of large commercial facility in Fukui city is increasing the vacant lot and vacant house. But residents of surrounding area are satisfied with large commercial facility and living environment. (2)In surrounding railway station, the number of vacant lot is increasing in parallel with developing housing site. And daily transportation way of residents of surrounding railway station is private car. (3)In fringe area of urbanization area, there are a lot of vegetable gardens utilized vacant lots from a distance of home. There are many instances users rent for free by cutting the grass.
