Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The tensile properties of high-tensile-strength polyacrylonitrile (PAN)-based and high-modulus pitch-based carbon fibers epoxy matrix composites incorporating carbon nanotubes (CNT) sheets were investigated. The results clearly demonstrate that CNT sheets was effective for improving the tensile properties of PAN-based and pitch-based carbon fibers epoxy matrix composites.
