Outline of Final Research Achievements |
By using molecular display technology in yeast cells, a convenient method to develop oral vaccines such as malaria and other infectious diseases. A model proteins was efficiently displayed on the yeast cell surface. Kinds of host cells and anchoring protein were examined at first. Plasmids for creation of library , cultivate condition and preservative condition of yeast cell were also investigated.
