Outline of Final Research Achievements |
How morphological diversity of arthropods has been established is one of key questions in evolutionary developmental biology. To understand the molecular function of morphological genes during embryogenesis in the water flea, Daphnia magna, real-time RNAi analyses in a GFP-expressing strain were performed. Several time-lapse movies of developing D. magna embryos were also created.
