Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The factors which are important for the retention management of large scale farm in Japan are; a) working condition, b) job description, c) promotion, career and training, d) work environment, e) performance rating, f) philosophy of business and leadership and g) family- friendly. The factors a, b, c, d are important as basic conditions and factors e, f, g are effective to increase employee’s motivation. To improve these conditions, employees will contribute the farm voluntary and as the result, the performance of management will increase.
