Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Liquid chromatography is widely used for analysis of biological compounds. However, it is known that conventional chromatography has limitation of separation efficiency. Hence, I focused on pillar array column, which is theoretically proven to have higher separation ability. In this study, Low pressure-drop and low-dispersion turn was successfully developed.
