Outline of Final Research Achievements

In this study, we found that pharmacists in community medicine are much interested in education for CKD patients. The provision of information about certified instructor of kidney disease will bring about the prevention for aggravation of chronic kidney disease.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements

今回の調査で、調剤薬局の薬剤師は腎臓病療養指導に対する関心は高く、より良い指導のための医療情報の提供の要望が高かった。一方、調剤薬局薬剤師の中で腎臓病療養指導士制度の認識はまだ十分とは言えず、制度の情報提供を今後広く十分に展開することで服薬指導に腎臓病療養指導を盛り込むことが期待され、CKD重症化予防につながる可能性が示唆された。
