Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this research, final year (sixth year) medical students showed adequate teaching skill in tutoring group discussion and leading students self-learning as well as faculty tutors in Problem-based Learning (PBL) curriculum at Saga University. Final year students’ teaching skill was improved by previous tutor training and 2 week’s educational experience. Moreover, their notion for education/learning was diverted from emphasizing reaching correct answer to facilitating thinking process. The human resource for managing PBL curriculum was reduced by 20.4% tutors by student tutors’ participation.
