Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this study, we found that the mRNA expressions of endocytic receptors in cultured cells, which are involved in reabsorption of cadmium in renal tubular cells, significantly increased and accompanied with increase in concentration of cadmium, resulting in cytotoxicity with exposure to several drugs.
