Outline of Final Research Achievements

We conducted a development and validation of Symptom-based Questionnaire(SBQ) for screenig of COPD. We developed the new SBQ consisting of five question items of sex, age, smoking history and two symptoms. It was suggested that the new SBQ demonstrated higher test accuracy than existing SBQ such as IPAG questionnaire or COPD-PS in outpatients of internal medicine.
