Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Polypharmacy is a major problem for elderly patients in developed countries. Multidisciplinary medication review using next generation medical record system could reduce the number of drugs taken by elderly patients receiving polypharmacy, including drugs associated with falls, in both fallers and non fallers.
