Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We collected transfer cells and used them to perform whole genome amplification (WGA) with the REPLI-g Single Cell Kit and purified it of the genomic DNA. As for the cell count, it is thought that 15-20 are necessary because a judgment of all inspection of mtDNA, autosomal STR and Y-STR is enabled.
