| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
All four clinical subtypes of AD significantly increased CSF ptau-181 and decrease of Aβ1-42 compared with non-demented subjects（p<0.0001）. In logopenic progressive aphasic AD (l-AD) patients group, the number of lobar cerebral microbleeds (LCMBs) significantly increased in the left hemisphere than right side, although visuospatial cognition deficit AD (v-AD) did not show such lateralities. Decreased cerebral blood flow (CBF) and glucose hypometabolism were observed in left side, which may lead to speech disturbance, especially logopenic progressive aphasia.
