Outline of Final Research Achievements

We analyzed the mechanism of myelofibrosis with TEL-Lyn fusion gene and Smad3 knockout mouse. In vitro study using leukemia cell line and TEL-Lyn fusion gene failed to show overexpression of TGF-b. We are planning TGF-b expression analysis with iPS cell derived megakaryocyte.
