Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Next generataion Sequence was done about 400 genes using Truseq Custum Trial kit (Cancer Gene) for 48 samples of esophageal cancer. We found the mutaion of 7 genes involved T factor (AKAP9, ATM, CYTSB, DDX10, MYH7, MYST4 and PRDM16) Moreover, we found 8 gene mutaion involved N factor (BCR, CARD11, FANCA, JAZF1, NIN, NSD1, RAMBP17 and REQL4). This result of analysis for these 400 genes were similar to 30,000 genes of whole genomic analysis in other facilities.
