Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We developed a validated immunocytochemistry protocol for rabbit polyclonal TMEM16E antibody in this study. Essentially, a special cell fixation reagent with a suitable detergent in a reaction buffer to erase non-specific reactions. By this sophisticated protocol, We identified TMEM16E/Caveolin3-carrying vesicle like structures in cultured myotube, which translocated just beneath plasma membrane in dysferlin-defect myotubes.
