Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We analyzed stem cell property that treated with non steroidal anti-inflammatory agent (NSAIDs) using mouse dental pulp cells, human dental pulp stem cells and human periodontal ligament cells. Differentiation potential analyzed by treated with high dose or low dose aspirin. Cultured in osteogenic and adipogenic differentiation medium, prompt positive staining reveled in treated with high dose aspirin. When cultured in adipogenic medium, prompt positive staining reveled in treated with high dose aspirin.
