Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The aim of this research is to identify the affective factors for nurses' ethical maturity focusing on developing learning program enhancing life-long education. As the activities, (1)Conducting "Relationship between Social desirability and attitude toward physical restraint",(2)Visiting foreign healthcare facilities to learn how to educate nursing ethics, (3)Demonstrating to establish materials to teach ethics for graduate students. It is clear that there was significantly correlated between age and social desirability.
