In recent years, the Japanese government actively accepts foreign workers, however, there are few initiatives that focus on elderly people living in Japan. Moreover, there was no emphasis on care issues of elderly immigrate. In this research, we are conducting research on Australia, where intercultural care is progressing. As a result, 1. An emigrant’s elderly-care policy in country or state、2. Enhance the preventive education program for elderly immigrants、3. In home care of the elderly immigrants, the same country of origin is placed as care staff and actively work for resolution of conflict problem in care place such as lifestyle, religion, language, meals and culture. In other words, welfare support policies for immigrants are being held in countries and provinces in Australia. Moreover, an emigrants support for elderly foreigners in country or state in Australia. Therefore, Australia is building a social welfare system that does not exclude elderly foreigners.
