Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The objective of this study is to develop an ion detection system works as a pulse counting system and also can detect many ions: more than 1000. We designed an electronics circuit providing first analog switches and FET amplifiers. The system was fulfilled design concepts; however, there were problems such as noise of the first amplifier.
