Outline of Final Research Achievements

We succeeded in produing CPD specific endonuclease based on an anti-CPD monoclonal antibody. U2OS expressing this endonuclease got UV resistant. Moreover, time course quantification of CPDs by ELISA after UV irradiation revealed that U2OS expressing the endonuclease removed CPDs more quickly and efficiently compared with control U2OS.
