Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The search for novel bioactive substance becomes more difficult. We focused on an exosome which is known as a liposomal transport system between cells like a "message in a bottle" between cell. We purified mammalian liposome and tried to analyze the involved secondary metabolites. However, the huge amount of biomolecules, such as RNAs, make the MS-analysis difficult.
