Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Many Japanese restaurants which Chinese and Koreans run are seen around the world. I named such a phenomenon "camouflage adaptaion strategy". This is an adaptation strategy of the emigrants that minor ethnic groups borrows the figure of major group. Such strategy came to be confirmed in Japan which aliens increased. For example, Nepalese run "Indian restaurant", and African and West Asian people run "Doner kebab" shops. Besides, examples that restauran owners from Northeast China raise the signboard of "Taiwanese dish ", " Hong Kong dish" are frequent.
