Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study tried to apply 'social design' concept to undergraduate students' social practices. For them, social design are considered to be divided to life design (family-work balance) and media design (especially social networking services). We had interviews with graduates who started their own companies. (1) We found that they attach the greatest importance to their natural motivation for work. (2) They ask for their intimate group's approvals, not organizations'. (3) They link their motivation with intimates' approval by social networking services.
