Breaking of Newton's inverse-square law has theoretically been suggested, and experimental verification has been progressed. In this research, we aimed to experimentally confirm to what extent the measurement limit in the micrometer range can be lowered and unknown force exists. Therefore, using the atomic force microscope, we precisely measured the state of force near the surface. A force curve measurement was carried out using a platinum plate with a thickness of 1 mm and a platinum thin film with a thickness of 100 nm and 200 nm on a silicon substrate as samples. As a result, it was found from the measurement of the force in the thin film samples that they agreed with accuracy of about 10 pN irrespective of the film thickness.
