Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We tried to identify the receptor for oncomodulin and found several possible molecules. Overexpression of some of these molecules enhanced oncomodulin-mediated axon regeneration of retinal ganglion cells in vitro. We will continue to analyze other molecules and elucidate in detail the molecular pathways for oncomodulin.
