Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this study, we have developed the following two items to enable the three dimensional tracking of single molecule freely diffusing in the cytoplasm. 1) Development of the microscope system for the single molecule imaging with a few milliseconds time resolution. 2) Development of the sample preparation methods for the above microscope.
