Outline of Final Research Achievements

Rare codons and codon usage frequencies of Arabidopsis thaliana and other several plant species were investigated. Also, these from several plant viruses were investigated. Several strategies were examined to make a transgenic plant that express tRNA genes, and normal transgenic method would be appropriate. Experimental approaches for plant virus infection, genome extraction, and sequencing analysis were tried to be established.
