Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We have performed metabolome analysis on fresh, senescent, and immortalized stage in “cellular senescence to spontaneous immortalization model” using mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEFs) 3T3 technique. Several senescent stage-specific and immortalization-specific metabolic pathways were determined, and tetracycline-inducible tunable senescence / immortalization cellular model were under development.
