Outline of Final Research Achievements |
From all patients who visit emergency department of Saga University Hospital after office-hour, we exclude new patients referred from other hospital, Revisit, Periodic visits, Ambulance case cared by emergency physicians, and Children younger than 15 years old. After excluding those case, 2,099 cases cared by general physicians were enrolled as analytic objects. Especially, "Urinary symptom", "Palpitations", Sensation distubance", "Other respiratory symptom", Other degestive symptom", and "Fever", almost all these chief complaint could care by general physician alone without many examinations. But patients with "paralysis or speech disturbance", "gastrointestinal bleeding", "trauma", "syncope" needed consultations to specialists more than other symptoms, these cases needs to care at emergency hospitals.
