Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The proteins inducible of osteogenesis and adipogenesis are tried to immobilized to the substrate for the regulation of mesenchymal stem cell differentiation. Here, Wnt protein was successfully immobilized to the substrates to regulate cell growth and intracellular signaling.
