Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Biodegradable device for ASD closure was made by using the biodegradable materials (PLA and PGA). After then, we assessed these devices in vitro and in vivo environments to clarify the it’s safety of devices and materials after implantation. In results, we clarified these devices are safe. More experiments will be done more for assessment in future.
