| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
To delineate the genetic basis of PCNSL pathogenesis, we performed a comprehensive genetic study. We first analyzed tumor total RNA from 30 PCNSL cases by transcriptome sequencing. We are now doing analysis using super computer to verify fusion genes and to validate coding and non-codong RNA expression level.
