| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
To clarify epitranscriptome in placentas, first we confirm experimental conditions for immunoprecipitation of modified transcriptions. With these obtained adequate conditions, we proceed to analyze normal and abnormal placentas. Several case-specific abnormally modified transcriptions were detected and we are confirming the candidates and seeking other possible abnormally modified transcriptions.
