Outline of Final Research Achievements	To clarify epitranscriptome in placentas, first we confirm experimental conditions for immunoprecipitation of modified transcriptions. With these obtained adequate conditions, we proceed to analyze normal and abnormal placentas. Several case-specific abnormally modified transcriptions were detected and we are confirming the candidates and seeking other possible abnormally modified transcriptions.
