Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The purpose of this study is to investigate how to improve running economy through uphill running. Integral uphill running program that is composed of uphill and horizontal running improve running economy, but large individual differences were confirmed. To get a higher effect, athletes have to run at low intensity and to improve maximal muscle strength of hip extensors.
