Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this study I reviewed the relationship between public interest and victims' interest in the criminal prosecution form the point of view of "die bedingten Antragsdelikte" (the crimes essentially requiring the formal complaint from the victim), which the German criminal law contains. Sexual crimes should be changed into the bedingten Antragsdelikte. Infringements of a copyright should be reformed by reference to the bedingten Antragsdelikte and other systems also in Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Liechtenstein.
