Outline of Final Research Achievements

This research is concerned with protection of economic loss on tort law. The results are as follows: First, I showed the current situation and problems to solve concerning pure economic loss on tort law in Japan. I also made some legislative suggestions about it. Second, concerning misrepresentation on the stock market, I analyzed the discussion in Germany.
