Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In recent years, public relations is regarded as important function in Japanese society. The aim of this research is to clarify the current status, to point the problems, and to present the prescription for human resource development (higher education, recruiting and assignment, accreditation) of communication professionals. The result is that we have difference in the current status of human resource development between Japan and US, because they have different human resource management system and intentionality for professionalism. If the human resource management system is "given," we have to develop unique human resource development system for communication professionals in Japan.
