Outline of Final Research Achievements	In this study, components for the framework of care management practice in multi-field social work are identified. These components consist of following perspectives; "Direct-practice", "Indirect-practice", "Client-oriented" and "System-oriented".Care management practice in multi-field social work can be carried out from the four perspectives.
