Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We developped a microfluidic device which can be preserved chemicals including gas/liquid/dried powder for long term. It can collect and seal chemicals for preservation and discharge it on demand by electrical control. This device can be used as micro smart chemical cabinet for connecting to other chemical MEMS which can bring many various chemical/biological reagents and sample to anywhere.
