Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study aims to development of easy and cheep manufacturing method for free formed grinding tools. An abrasive mixed filament was developed for fabrication of the tools by using the fused deposition modeling 3D-printer. It was experimentally confirmed that the printed objects were possible to be used as the grinding tool because the surface roughness of the workpiece was improved.
