Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this research, we aim to measure 3 dimensional force field of cell-scaffold interaction force. A method to calculate the force from movements of patterned beads, verification of measurement accuracy, fabrication of two layers of patterned beads and development of a measuring system were accomplished.
