Gene expression mapping was performed using single cell analysis in neural progenitor cells and hepatic progenitor cells. As result, relationship between cell type specific genes and pluripotent stem cell genes was made clear. And several transcription factors which have important role in differentiation were enriched by comparison of gene correlation and histon modification analysis.
